Ideally suited for the pack sizes, 500g – 20kg, quad seal bags are the perfect solution for packing and protecting large volumes of product. With seals on all four corners and a box like bottom, this format is robust yet compact. 

Quad seal bags can be printed on both side gussets as well as the front and back panels, allows you to optimise the potential for impressive visuals and increased branding.  

This format is perfect for wholesale in the tea and coffee industry or retail of products such as snacks, pet food and sports nutrition.

Finish / Aesthetics 

Available in a matt, gloss, kraft, tactile,de-metalized, unprinted and registered matt finish.

Filling and Sealing  

We provide options for hot andcold fill. Our packaging is suitable for filling by hand or in-line on all high-speed filling and packing machines.

Our technical sales team will advise you on the best material specification for your product and processes.  Quad seal bags are available as mono or multi-layer laminatesusing a range of materials including high barrier foil, recyclable PE and plastic-free paper.
