The perfect solution for high-speed form, fill and seal applications. This versatile packaging format is supplied on a roll to your specification and can be turned into any packaging format during the FFS process. 

Choose a mono or multi-layer film to improve both the design aesthetics and packaging properties with barriers for oxygen, moisture, aroma and UV light. 

Printed film provides the consumer with fresh, attractive and long shelf-life products and provides the manufacturer with a range of materials to meet the different sealing, temperature and storage requirements.

Sizes 

Available in print widths ranging from 80mm to 1200mm

Finish / Aesthetics 

Available in a matt, gloss, kraft, tactile, paper de-metalized, unprinted and registered matt finish. 

Pack Properties 

Depending on your product requirements, our team will recommend the appropriate oxygen, moisture, UV, aroma and puncture barriers to protect your products integrity.  

Filling and Sealing  

We provide film for hot and cold seal applications Our films work seamlessly on all high-speed flow wrap and form fill and seal machines.

Materials 

Our technical sales team will advise you on the best material specification for your product and processes.  Roll film is available as mono or multi-layer laminates using a range of materials including high barrier foil, recyclable PE and plastic-free paper.

Printing Process

With low MOQs and no origination costs digital print is ideal for new product launches, on-pack promotions and mass customisation While flexographic and gravure printing provide cost competitive packaging at much larger volumes.
