Recyclable Film PSFPE

In response to environmental concerns, PlastoSac has launched a fully recyclable polyethylene PE film. It has been designed to provide all the performance of non-recyclable alternatives. This film is available for a wide variety of applications as mono layer and PE/PE lamination.

PlastoSac’s recyclable PE has higher mechanical properties and material rigidity, better optical and printing performance compared to traditional PE. PlastoSac PE can be used as an alternative to BOPP and CPP for horizontal flow wrap and VFFS applications. Furthermore, it can be combined with other PE layers to form all PE laminates. The film has been extensively tested across the installed base of horizontal flow wrap and VFFS machines at pack houses and food processing plants throughout the UK and Europe.
