Packaging of human, veterinary drugs and medical devices

The manufacturing license in accordance with Section 13 AMG of the District President of Münster allows us to transfer, pack and label liquid, semi-solid and solid dosage forms for human medicine on the 5,000 m² provided for this purpose. In addition, we have the appropriate approval for the packaging of veterinary medicines from the State Office for Nature, Environment and Consumer Protection of North Rhine-Westphalia.

The processing of medical products is also part of our portfolio.

In our separate, 5,000 m² pharmaceutical area, a wide variety of products are processed every day.

For years we have been supporting our well-known customers in both the human and veterinary sectors in all questions relating to the secondary packaging of medicinal products.

Your temperature-sensitive goods are stored and processed in our air-conditioned rooms. Your products can be stored in the range of 15 to 25 degrees. In this way, your products retain their quality and shape.

Our experienced employees can also check, repack and label syringes.

Our services in the pharmaceutical sector:
The packaging of human and veterinary medicinal products includes

• the assembly and repackaging of folding boxes with blisters, sachets, syringes, bottles, tubes and jars
• the creation of doctor templates
• the serialization
• the exchange of package inserts
• the implementation of 100% controls on goods or folding boxes
• the assembly of payment trays and displays
• printing labels
• the coding of blisters, folding boxes and cartons
• the gluing of vignettes, bollini, barcode labels, tamper-evident labels

Serialization:
We print pharmaceuticals that are subject to serialization (according to the EU Counterfeit Protection Directive) with the serial numbers you provide. For this purpose, your xml files are converted into the xml format we need by a qualified service provider and then reported back to your database in your xml format.

We offer this for flat or already filled folding boxes.

Since February 2019, all medication packaging for prescription drugs must have tamper protection as a safety feature. Of course, we can provide your folding boxes with the Tamper-Evidente labels or glue the tuck-in flaps to ensure the originality of your product.

Storage:
The products are stored by us in accordance with GMP, temperature-monitored and in batches.

Quality assurance:
Our employees are highly qualified for this work and are regularly trained in accordance with our SOP system and under the responsibility of our "Qualified Person" in accordance with GMP. Our quality management system and our Qualified Person §14 AMG ensure that the documentation is flawless.
