Eagle Flexible Packaging is expanding its presence in Waupun with the construction of a new 52,000-square-foot facility in the Waupun Industrial Park. The Waupun Common Council recently approved a developer’s agreement to sell city-owned land for the project.
Eagle Flexible Packaging began its operations in Waupun in 2021, after acquiring and revitalizing a formerly shuttered production facility at 4 Taylor Street. In 2024, the company expanded further by purchasing 1208 Wilson Drive in the Waupun Industrial Park, investing over $3 million in facility upgrades and state-of-the-art graphics equipment.
This project aligns perfectly with the city’s goal of diversifying our economic base through continued expansion of the Waupun Industrial Park.”
The expansion project is expected to be substantially completed by the end of 2025. Once operational, it will create 30 to 40 new jobs, with hiring anticipated within 24 months of the facility’s completion.
