AboutKase Conveyors

Kase was contacted by a frac sand company that had several Kase Conveyors installed in their facility. After installation, the client had issues with belt tracking on five conveyors feeding a storage building, and Kase agreed to visit the jobsite to assess the situation. While inspecting the site, the client and Kase representatives noticed footings which were cut off and moved during installation. This caused these five conveyors to be installed out of line with a slight horizontal curve.

Kase performed adjustments and within four hours had all five conveyors operating smoothly, with the belt tracking well within the widths of the pulleys and idlers. The client also installed Kase’s suggestion of adding troughing and return training idlers in strategic locations, and they have not experienced any tracking issues to date.
