Michelle Boon began her career with Mainetti Malaysia in 1997 as part of the logistics team. She later advanced to the role of Commercial Manager, where she led the sales team across Southeast Asia. Following Mainetti Group?s expansion into Vietnam in 2004, Michelle relocated to Ho Chi Minh City and was appointed General Manager for Vietnam in 2008. Her leadership and expertise led to her promotion in 2012 as the Southeast Asia General Manager, overseeing both owned and licensee operations in the region. In 2019, Michelle further expanded her responsibilities by taking on the role of Global General Manager for Flexible Packaging. She holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Stamford College, Malaysia.

Jude Allan is Interim Managing Director of OPRL, On Pack Recycling Label, she is materials agnostic believing that we should use the right material, in the right format, at the right time. Ph.D. Manuel Garc?a-Romeu is the Product Development Manager of Safe Load Testing Technologies. He is Industrial Engineer and holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering by ETSII / Polytechnic University of Valencia. In 2008 he obtained the degree of Ph.D. with the thesis ?Contribution to the determination and simulation of vibrations and impacts in transportation operations and distribution of packaged consumer products?. Manuel has a vast experience in packaging engineering, packaging optimization, transport simulation, and load stability, especially in the areas of research, development, and innovation. His research efforts and knowledge have allowed him to be part of a team of experts who patented two machines of great importance for the packaging and transport sector. Furthermore, he has published several research articles in scientific journals and research books and has participated as an expert in the most important events of the sector. Currently, Manuel is a member of the technical committee of the EUMOS 40509/2012 standard and holds the position of Chairman of the drafting committee EUMOS 40509/20202. Besides, he is a member of UNE and expert representing Spain for UNE at DIN Organization Committee CEN / TC 119 / WG 07 and Committee AEN / CTN 49: Containers and packaging. GT3. Furthermore, he has published several research articles in scientific journals and has participated in the most important events of the sector. Enrique is Electronics Systems Engineering MSi by the Universidad Polit?cnica de Valencia (UPV) and Physic by the Universidad of Valencia and holds a Master?s Degree. Currently, Enrique participates as an expert at the stability group of ISTA (International Safe Transit Association), the technical committee CEN/TC 119 about packaging and security and is a member of IAPRI (International Association of Packaging Research Institute) and EUMOS- the European Safe Logistics Association.

Gianluca has been working in Maillis since 2001 where he started as salesman for tools, and then moved to SIAT in 2005-2006 as export sales manager. He then moved back to tools as General Manager. In 2013 he came back to SIAT first as export manager for machines, then in 2017-2018 as an export manager for the Maillis Group. Since January 2019 he?s been promoted to VP machines sales.
