Summary:
ACR (AmerCareRoyal, LLC) acquires Minnesota-based Ultra Green Packaging ("Ultra Green"), a supplier of packaging for the foodservice, grocery and institutional markets

ACR (AmerCareRoyal, LLC) acquires Minnesota-based Ultra Green Packaging ("Ultra Green"), a supplier of packaging for the foodservice, grocery and institutional markets. The transaction marks ACR's twelfth add-on acquisition since Oridian Capital Partners' initial investment.

Headquartered in Mound, Minnesota, Ultra Green designs and distributes fiber-based packaging and rPET packaging lids. Its molded fiber products include take-n-bake pizza trays, sushi trays and bakeware. The acquisition expands ACR's PrimeWare™ line and adds packaging options for grocery and retail customers.

"Ultra Green expands our product breadth and strengthens our ability to meet the evolving packaging needs of foodservice and grocery customers," said Scott Milberg, Chief Executive Officer of ACR. "Their molded fiber capabilities and compostable packaging credentials complement our existing portfolio. We look forward to bringing these products to a broader base of grocery and retail customers through ACR's distribution network."

"Ultra Green reflects the kind of business we seek out for ACR's platform: an established company with specialized capabilities and a complementary product portfolio," said Brendon Biddle, Managing Director at Oridian Capital Partners. "We believe combining Ultra Green's molded fiber expertise with ACR's infrastructure and customer relationships can create growth opportunities for the combined business."

Ultra Green's Kristin Davidson will remain actively involved following the acquisition, alongside key members of Ultra Green's management team.
