Visitors attending this year’s Labelexpo in Barcelona will be among the first in the world to discover the latest innovations in the Esko ecosystem that have been specifically developed to help brands and label converters maximize efficiency, sustainability, and profitability.
From 16-19 September 2025, Esko will showcase innovative and cutting-edge technologies that embrace cloud computing, AI and SaaS. The end-to-end Esko integrated solutions tackle the challenges of producing more at a faster pace while maintaining optimal quality and achieving sustainability objectives. The recently introduced CDI Quartz – now compatible with narrow web applications – will be one of the stars of the show, with visitors able to witness improved flexo print quality with their own eyes when evaluating printed samples at the Esko booth.
“We’re thrilled to spotlight these latest innovations at one of the largest events in the European calendar,” said Esko CMO Jan De Roeck. “As well as demonstrating how our next-generation Esko S2 platform enables brands and their labels supply chains to access connected cloud-based operations and data to achieve new levels of go-to-market speed and efficiency, Labelexpo visitors will be amongst the first to get a close-up look at our latest solutions.”
From booth 5D31 and 5E31 in Hall 5 of the Fira Gran Via convention center, Barcelona, the Esko team will showcase how its newest innovations address today’s fast-changing business environment and evolving regulations, embracing cloud computing and artificial intelligence to deliver improved sustainability, third party integration, central data storage and greater efficiency in process and task management.
“Alongside our partners at X-Rite Pantone, we are offering a whole new experience at Labelexpo 2025,” said Jan. “Our booth will have a number of ‘demo pods’ where visitors can enjoy a demo of all our solutions; we are creating a ‘discover Esko’ experience explaining our rich heritage and what we do; we’ll have dedicated flexo and color-themed interactive experiences; and we’ll have a zone dedicated to showcasing our newest innovations.
“These latest introductions to the Esko ecosystem underline how we remain true to our mission of shortening speed-to-market of packaged goods from months to weeks,” added Jan. “With brands and their label partners facing growing challenges, we have developed technology solutions that address the increased business need to better connect people, processes and technologies.
“Delivering significant improvements in everything from quality control to compliance management, color control to data-driven decision making, sustainability and workflow efficiency improvements, we have developed these latest technical innovations to address the specific pain points that have a critical impact on today’s packaging supply chain, while preparing for what lays ahead,” he said.

We look forward to presenting these latest additions to the Esko ecosystem at Labelexpo,” said Jan. “Driven by AI and the Esko S2 platform, this raft of innovations underlines the value of true end-to-end integration, each delivering tangible benefits for global brands and their label converters and serving to further digitize, automate and accelerate the process of developing and bringing to market a packaged product.”
