Last week Flexo Label Advantage Group LLC (FLAG), the largest community of independent label converters in the industry, wrapped up its most successful Annual Meeting to date, with a record-breaking number of Members and Vendor Partners gathering in Overland Park, Kansas for three days of high-energy programming, peer connection, and business-building conversations.
The 2025 “Power Up” Annual Meeting reflected the strength, momentum, and collaborative spirit that continues to define the FLAG community.
The meeting kicked off with an exclusive facility tour hosted by Spectragraphics, providing attendees with a behind-the-scenes look at lean, high-efficiency operations. The agenda also featured the highly anticipated “Power Up Your Efficiency & Sales” Member Panel, where FLAG Members shared real-world solutions for workforce management, leadership development, and customer growth.
Attendees participated in structured Peer Group Roundtables and explored innovations from FLAG’s Vendor Partner Tabletop Expo. The event concluded with the Private Members Meeting and a sharp, forward-looking State of the Industry update presented by Greg Hrinya, Editor of Label & Narrow Web. Hrinya provided a valuable look into the economic, technological, and competitive trends shaping the future of the label industry.
The annual awards dinner honored those who go above and beyond to make the FLAG community stronger every day.
FLAG Vendor Partner of the Year Award: QSPAC
This award is based on exceptional support, communication and commitment to FLAG and its Members by a participating vendor.
Brad Brown Strategic Partner Award: Ken Dubois - Actega
The Brad Brown Strategic Partner Award is presented annually to one person who exemplified Commitment, Creativity and Excellence - three character traits of Brad’s - in their support of FLAG.
Lifetime Achievement Award: Michael Liff - K Sidrane
The Lifetime Achievement Award is a special honor established by FLAG to recognize an individual whose exceptional dedication, leadership, and contributions have had a lasting impact on both FLAG and the broader industry.
FLAG Gold Member Awards
The long-term success of FLAG is based on engagement, involvement and purchasing at high levels from all Members. The Gold Member award is presented to FLAG Members who have achieved Gold Member Ranking in their purchasing levels multiple times over the last four quarters and attended the Annual Members Meeting. Six companies received the 2025 Gold Member Award:

Member Tour Host Award - Spectragraphics
At each FLAG Annual Meeting, a Member company opens up the doors of their print shop and invites all of the attendees to tour their facility. Members place great value in seeing how a company of their similar size and scope implements processes and sets up their businesses for growth and efficiency.
