Oji Holdings Corporation announces a new investment through a third-party allotment of new shares to Deluxe Technology Group Co., Ltd  high-end molded pulp packaging equipment and product manufacturer in Taiwan. Additionally, Oji Holdings has acquired global sales rights for Deluxe’s products and equipment, with exclusive sales rights in Japan and India.

The demand for plastic-free packaging using pulp molding as an alternative to plastic

container packaging is increasing in mainly Europe and Asia. The electronics or cosmetic packaging and food containers require stringent quality standards; high-end molded pulp packaging for these products necessitates advanced manufacturing technology, an area where Deluxe excels with its strong technical and development capabilities, earning the support of many global brand owners.

Oji group will leverage Deluxe's manufacturing technology to produce premium quality sustainable packaging for a wide range of applications as an alternative to plastic molded products.
