CW3600 Series Slitter Rewinder

The new Atlas CW3600 Series of more compact slitting and rewinding solutions is available in web widths from 2500mm (100") to 3600mm (142").

The CW3600 Series slitter rewinder is part of a new technology platform which delivers higher efficiency, more productivity, higher quality rewind reels, reduced noise levels and more effective operator control systems.

The compact design of this slitter rewinder is harmonised with the larger CW1040 primary slitter rewinder and features an improved web path configuration. The electrical control cabinets are fully integrated which reduces the space required for installation.

In addition, high efficiency motors, improved hydraulics and a reduction in electrical wiring make the new CW3600 Series a more environmentally friendly slitting and rewinding solution.

One fully integrated HMI master control screen simplifies operation of the machine and is mounted on the machine guard.
