CW5400 Series Slitter Rewinder

The new Atlas CW5400 Series of more compact slitting & rewinding solutions is available in web widths from 4.2 to 5.4 metres (165 - 212in.).

The CW5400 Series slitter rewinder is part of a new technology platform which delivers higher efficiency, more productivity, higher quality rewind reels, reduced noise levels and more effective operator control systems.

The compact design of this slitter rewinder is harmonised with the larger CW1040 primary slitter rewinder and features an improved web path configuration. The electrical control cabinets are fully integrated which reduces the space required for installation.

In addition, high efficiency motors, improved hydraulics and a reduction in electrical wiring make the new CW5400 Series a more environmentally friendly slitting & rewinding solution.

One fully integrated HMI master control screen simplifies operation of the machine and is mounted on the machine guard.
