Autopac Systems offer a range of semi-automatic and fully automatic auger filling systems for most free and non-free flow products.

Suitable for products such as milk powder, albumen powder, solid drink, white sugar, dextrose, coffee powder, pharmaceuticals, granular additive, dyestuff etc.

Auger fillers feature simple designs that allow for easy cleanup, maintenance, and rapid changeover. These machines are suitable for the food industry with all contact parts made of food grade materials and sanitary stainless steel.

MODEL RANGE INCLUDES:

• Stand-alone auger fillers for manual presentation of the container or bags.
• Auger fillers for integration to most packaging machines including VFFS, HFFS, Standup pouch fillers, etc.
• Automatic Auger Fillers that automatically place, index, and remove containers from a conveyor line to be filled.
• Fill rates from 10 up to 80 containers per minute.
