BVH QUATTRO-SEAL SERIES

Easy to operate, the pouch length is changed by the full servo motor control via touch screen technology, and the bag width is modified via quick change forming collars.

The BVH was conceived to pack granulated, viscous and liquid products. The bags produced on the BVH are ideal to fill all kind of beverages, like isotonic drinks, fruit purees and liquid yoghourt into a user friendly single serve packaging format ready to use by the consumer.

The pouches manufactured on the BVH replace expensive pre-made bags historically used to pack these types of products, turning into significant savings as bags are produced from film reels.

This smart servo-control system allows independent operation between the different stations, offers great reliability and little maintenance.

TRANSPORT

Walking beam

Traditional walking beam transport system consisting of beams and grippers. They hold the pouches and transport them through the different stations, from the pouch forming to the pouch closing.

APPLICATION

Mirror machine

Placing one standard machine in front of the other operating the opposite direction makes operating easier and reduces staff required to control them.
