RP1000 Robotic Palletizer

Brenton’s RP1000 robotic palletizers and palletizing systems layouts are optimized to the manufactures' footprint and requirements. The RP1000 can accommodate the single line system with single feeding lane and single lane discharge, the multi-line system with multiple feed lanes and single lane discharge, or the multiple feed lanes and multiple lane discharge. Regardless of the options required by the application, the RP1000 system will convert your palletizing process into a quality, efficient, and an effective automated operation.

The RP1000 also accommodates mixed layer palletizing that is supported by multi-zoned vacuum, clamp style or bag grippers and are engineered to meet customer requirements - RSC, HSC, bag, etc. The safety features for robotic palletizing systems include wire mesh fence, polycarbonate enclosure, and safety rated light curtains for pallet discharge openings. Quick changeovers take place on the Robotic Palletizing System with little operational change-over.
