We produce mid-range models MULTI (manually set-up, capable of multi-production) and PRO (automatic set-up) and a flagship model ULTRA.

ULTRA is a fully automatic machine, all tools are set up via control unit automatically. It comes standard with two segmented slotting knives with integrated creasing, a flexoprinter with almost 1 sq/m printing surface. Pullerspeed is 3m/s, and changing from one boxtype to another takes 20 seconds. More than 30 FEFCO codes are implemented, and you can make any type of box with the FREE MODE function and save it in thememory (up to 3000).

For longitudinal cutting the machine is equipped with 6 circularblades in one line, and 4 creasingwheels in the next line, where you can easily change heads of tools, so you can put creasing wheels in the first and second line andmake creasing 1mm from each other.

The machine also comes  standard with a smartcross-cutting tool (a servo unit with speed of 1m/s, able to make windows on boxes) and a Nords on cold glue unit integrated on the same puller. Also there is a hand holdertool that is set up automatically.

This is thefastest BOXmaker machine in the market, period!

The ULTRA comes with Industry 4.0 compatibility (allows you to send work logs from a remote location) and free software updates when new features are added. And it is capable doing all this with cardboard up to 7 layers (up to 14mm and 1400GSM) with cutting precision guaranteed of 1 mm.

Another big advantage of the ULTRA is that it can be fitted with an automatic platform vacuum sheet feeder unit. The benefit is that it is modular and can be added in latter date.
