Mil-Spec Gusset Bags

Heritage Packaging owns and operates several state of the art pouch machines and custom built heat sealers used to produce many different styles of gusseted bags & pouches. We are fully capable of processing large production orders and also have equipment dedicated to small production runs and even one-off sizes of protective packaging.

We can readily convert standard side gusset and bottom gusset pouches. Additionally, we are specialized in producing heavy duty side gusset and bottom gusset bags and pouches that are manufactured using thick laminations for multitudes of Mil-Spec applications.

Gusset bags are available in multiple sizes, multiple materials, and with multiple options. All gusset bags are heat sealed with minimum 3/8” hermetic welds. Gusset bags are manufactured in two orientations that yield different maximum dimensions, one style is limited in length while the other style is limited in width.

Bottom Gusset Bags have a maximum bag height of 72” with a maximum gusset depth of 36” and unlimited width.

Side Gusset Bags have an unlimited bag height with a maximum gusset depth of 36” and maximum width of 72”.

All of our products adhere to the utmost standards in quality and craftsmanship and Mil-Spec products are additionally produced in compliance with MIL-DTL-117 (formally known as MIL-B-117). Our quality program is based upon MIL-STD-1916 and MIL-STD-3010. Protective Packaging MIL-PRF materials are also available that satisfy the WVTR established by MIL-STD-2073 Preservation Submethod 44.
