The complete production in our house has offered you a high degree of flexibility in the entire workflow for four decades. After the technical consultation on site, the 3D construction is carried out with SolidWorks. The in-house produced tubular heating elements and the optimized design ensure an extremely homogeneous temperature profile.
Constantly improved casting processes in the mold and sand casting process in our foundry as well as processing on the most modern CNC milling centers and grinding machines ensure high quality castings. The entire production process is rounded off by the application of application-specific surface coatings. A 100% final inspection on test systems documents the high quality "Made in Germany".
APPLICATION AREAS
Cast heaters are used in the plastics and rubber processing industry (extrusion). They are also suitable for screen changers and filter systems, for extrusion tools, for film machines and blow heads, for profile welding machines, for slot dies (e.g. sheet and film extruders), for sealing, packaging and dairy machines, for lead grid casting machines in the battery sector, as preheating stations for forging tools, as special applications (e.g. in laboratory technology) or as heat exchangers.
