APPLICATION AREAS

The areas of application of conveyor ovens are very diverse. If continuous heating, thermal treatment of components or cycle-controlled dwell times within a furnace are required, these furnace types are used. These can be individual parts on a conveyor belt or entire webs of film. In the case of film heating, the throughput time and thus the dwell time of the film in the oven are increased by using several pulleys. This design is advantageous if the floor space is limited. Energy savings are implemented through adjustable covers in the area of ​​the inlet and outlet side. The absolutely necessary integration into a customer's control system via corresponding actuators and sensors takes place in close consultation with the customer.
