APPLICATION AREAS

The self-optimization of the MCT devices enables temperature control to the degree. Temperature setpoint and actual value, heating current setpoint and actual value as well as manipulated variable, parameters and fault messages are displayed digitally. The devices have a semiconductor relay and also a heating current monitoring for interruption of the heating element and defects. A collective alarm display controls the temperature and the heating current. The start-up circuit includes the output level limitation, start-up temperature specification and hold time. In order to avoid production downtimes, the manipulated variables can be adopted in the event of a sensor break. The connection of the common types of temperature sensors (L, J, K and PT100) is possible.
