The SpoutPro FC Multihead FC-2 is our automatic pouch filling thru the spout and capping machine. It can fill top and corner spouted pouches.
It can be used for,

Food such as baby food, dips, hummus, sauces, peanut butter, honey, yoghurt, juices, alcoholic beverages.
Non- food such as gels, shampoo, lotions, soaps, conditioner, cleaners, softeners, automotive oils and adhesives.

This machine can be custom designed and built with a range of different options according to your filling conditions, product(s) to fill and pouch/ spout size(s).

Stainless steel construction
Versatile, easy to operate machine.
This magazine will hold up to 10 rails depending on pouch size, it can also be customized according to customer’s need as it is shown on the picture showcased here.
This machine can fill pouches from 30ml up to 3 – 4 Lts.
Filling system – nozzle, dosing pump and surge tank- specially designed for your product characteristics
Multihead capping system.
It can be equipped with lobe, gear, peristaltic or piston pumps. Other options are available upon request and product to fill characteristics.
Power connection – 380V 3-phase current with neutral
Compressed air – 8 bar, 200 LN.
PLC/ HMI system – Beckhoff. Siemens is available at an upcharge.
CIP system – Regular or full CIP EHEDG standard
