The SPOUTPRO Smart Filler is our pilot/small production runs model for pouch filling through spout system at lowest cost and space right in your plant or lab.

And now we also have the option to fill rigid plastic containers – bottles and jerricans – in the same smart filler. Check video at the bottom of the page for illustration.

This “smart” machine can be custom built with a range of different options to fill:

• Food such as baby food, dips, hummus, sauces, peanut butter, honey, yoghurt, juices, alcoholic beverages.
• Non- food such as gels, shampoo, lotions, soaps, conditioner, cleaners, softeners.

SpoutPro Smart Filler

• Stainless steel construction
• Easy to operate machine.
• Pouches are manually loaded, no rails are needed.
• This machine can fill pouches from 30ml up to 3 – 4 Lts.
• 1 filling nozzle with 2 filling positions with automatic cap pickup, for faster and precise operation.
• Capping is done either thru an automatic servo capper that will take the cap and tighten it to specific torque or thru a manual servocapper.
• It can be equipped with lobe, gear, peristaltic or piston. Other options are available upon request and product to fill characteristics.
• Built in air compressor option and therefore no compressed air supply
• Vacuum feeding pump hopper (includes 2 level sensors) to enable product to be pump from large drums to SMART FILLER product tank. (no need for repacking in order to use this filler)
