Automatic soldering machine

Semi-automatic soldering machine for soldering trays / cups / jars / buckets and capsules
A system for soldering a cup 1 to 4 and more, depending on the required work rate and the type / size of the tray.
Shaped cutting and soldering is done from a sheet.
The system includes electric scrolling and scrolling to collect the rest of the sheet.
The machine is built from an input conveyor (subject to customer requirement, tray size, and work rate) from the exit conveyor the trays automatically continue to the soldering system and from there to the exit conveyor (subject to customer requirement, tray size, and work rate).
The PAO-Q machine provides the customer with the most complete and flexible solution that allows the construction of a machine subject to the customer's requirement and its exact adjustment to the packaging he wants to solder.
The machine is easy to operate and maintain.
All subsequent machine parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The body of the machine is made of stainless steel, plastic and anodized aluminum in accordance with the most stringent standards in the food industry in Israel and around the world - (FDA, CE, 3A).
