RTL-HZ Horizontal

Pearson Packaging Systems’ RTL-HZ is a modular robotic case packer for horizontal pack applications. Optimized for light-weight flexible products such as bags, pouches or flow-wrapped items, the RTL-HZ robotic case packer can reach speeds up to 65 products per minute in its base configuration and 160 products per minute by adding further modules. Vision and line tracking maximize machine performance and correct for product misalignment and variation. Advanced features such as high-visibility machine status lighting, remote access, non-contact interlocks, CAT-3 Safety Circuits, an easily accessible grace port and an auxiliary operator station are standard features.
