HIGH SPEED MONOBLOC FILLER FOR COSMETIC JARS

This fully automatic filling machine combines the functions of removing dust from containers, filling, removing topettes, screwing hoods or lids and laser engraving. By integrating high-performance mechatronic equipment, this filler-screwdriver has the capacity to condition around 120 pots per minute. The main strength of this machine lies in the filling system which allows the material to be transferred during the rotation of the pot. The distribution of the cream in the jar is thus perfectly homogeneous. For total flexibility, the filling nozzles are mounted directly on a robot. This monobloc has been designed in such a way as to simplify the change of product format as much as possible.

AVAILABLE FUNCTIONS

TO CLEAN

A blowing and suction system removes dust from the inside of the containers before they enter the filler.

TO FILL

Each container is filled in rotation to ensure a homogeneous and precise filling. A set of nozzles and pump is specially adapted to the viscosity of the material to be transferred.

PROTECT

An object drop station allows a topette to be positioned between the pot and the lid or cover.

Each cover is grasped and engaged in the screw thread of the pot on a first station then the pot is hermetically sealed at the screwing station.

IDENTIFY

A laser marking station engraves the traceability information on the products to facilitate quality control. The laser marker is mounted on a sliding drawer for easy maintenance.
