LINEAR AUTOMATIC SCREWDRIVER - CAPPER

To ensure the hermetic closure of the bottles, this automatic screw-capping machine is the ideal solution. With its in-line stations, this machine makes it possible to pre-screw and screw a cap on each bottle quickly and precisely. Whether the cover is simple or fitted with a brush or another dispenser, it must be pre-deposited on the bottle upstream of the screwdriver (additional module offered by SACMO). The bottles are positioned in buckets in order to be stable during each operation. The buckets are transferred two by two into the machine then a double pre-screwing station engages the first thread of each cover. Finally, each cover is screwed to torque by a brushless motor at the double screwing station. Each bottle is checked to be then sent to the exit conveyor or the ejection corridor in the event of faulty screwing. All the format parts are in SMED assembly in order to be changed without tools in hand. This modular screwdriver is available in single, double or triple station, thus being able to produce up to 110 units per minute.

AVAILABLE FUNCTIONS

• DETECT

A cell detects the presence of a cover at the machine inlet.

• CLOSE

A pre-screwing function engages the first thread of the cap on the bottle then at the screwing station, the cap is screwed to ensure a hermetic seal of the product.

• CONTROL

Each product is checked during and at the end of the process, the defective products are thus evacuated.

• CHANGE FORMAT

Thanks to SMED tools, switching from one format to another is done easily and without tools.
