STRAW APPLICATOR

One of the units we can integrate in your SIG filling line enables you to apply small items like drinking straws to cartons of food or beverages. That makes them much more convenient and pleasant for your customers to use!

Hotmelt adhesive jets apply a spot of glue to the carton in the designated area, and the product is passed further down the conveyor to have the straw applied to it.

The unit is safe and efficient to use, featuring a tough, stainless steel machine frame and protective housing made of acrylic glass, along with sealed applicator drives. Users can quickly and easily select operations on a control panel with a touchscreen – all driven by a powerful industrial PC.
