Air conveyors for handling PET bottles

The Air Conveyors developed by Traktech are an effective solution to move PET bottles manufactured with a blower, which guarantee the sliding of the containers quickly, agile and without risk of snagging or contamination.

Traktech Air Conveyors blow the bottles just below the neck guide that holds the bottle by the ring, being impossible contamination by blowing inside the bottle, since between the blow holes and the mouth of The bottle contains the Teflon guide and the ring on the neck of the container that prevent the passage of air into the PET bottle.

Traktech air conveyors also have an automatic system to adjust the neck guide and the side guides, which can be operated with electric actuators or by pneumatic pistons. In both adjustment systems, the air conveyors ensure a perfect regulation of the guides, avoiding bottlenecks in the transport of the bottles, which other adjustment systems can cause.
