Leading packaging producer Ardagh Group has invested $230 million for two new can manufacturing facilities located in Reno, Nevada and Roanoke, Virginia.

Features:

New manufacturing facilities will bring new metal packaging technology to the United States following a supply agreement with ConAgra Foods, one of North America’s largest packaged food companies.

This two new state-of-the-art facilities in Reno and Roanoke will manufacture Ardagh’s flexible DWI (Drawn and Wall-Ironed) cans as well as traditional 3-piece cans.These unique thin-wall DWI food cans are new to America following a successful launch in Europe.

85 new jobs have been created to operate the facility in Reno, Nevada and 100 new jobs in Roanoke, Virginia.
