Dantex lauds Labelexpo Americas 2022 as best ever

Supported by an extensive teaser campaign prior to the show, Dantex Group unveiled their next generation PicoJet 1200 digital press on the first day of this year’s Labelexpo Americas 2022, held on 13-15 September at Donald E. Stevens Convention Center, Chicago. The new press, which received an enthusiastic and hugely positive reception from a large audience at the launch event, was presented by Dantex Group CEO, Ben Danon.
Billed as the world’s largest label and package printing trade show this year, Dantex Group’s presence at Labelexpo Americas marked their first major exhibition since Labelexpo Europe in 2019. The development and launch of the PicoJet 1200 represents a giant leap forward in digital press design and innovation, and is considered by the company to be a true game-changer that fully meets the requirements of the label printing industry. Having taken 18 months to realise, Dantex is confident that it can rightfully now take its position as one of the leading manufacturers of digital printing presses and consumables globally.
The impressive new look range includes the robust PicoColour HD 1200i, PicoJet 1200, PicoJet 1200i, and the flagship high-speed model, the PicoJet 1200s. Built to the highest quality industry standards, each press is based on a modular design incorporating inline finishing and a new in-novative touch screen operating system.
Commenting on the new range, Dantex Group CEO, Ben Danon, said: “This really is British engi-neering heritage at its very best. Over 18 months ago we set out on a mission to design and build a digital label press that would not only accelerate our penetration into the market through quality and innovation, but also provide us with industry recognition and brand awareness. The specialist supplier of water wash photopolymer plates, processing equipment and digital presses, established its digital division, Dantex Digital, in 2015, principally to develop their own range of digital presses launched under the Pico brand. Since then, with its dedicated specialist team of designers and mechanical and electrical fitters, the division has quickly become a recog-nised name in the UV Inkjet digital label press arena.
