Hercules WA30 -Robotik Wrap-around Case Packer

The Hercules WA30 is a servo driven machine with indexing operation. It handles corrugated wrap-around cases made from flat blanks and is capable to pack cartons (flat or on edge), bottles, aerosols and many other products into wrap-around cases.

The blanks are taken from the powered horizontal magazine via a linear feeding arm unit, equipped with suction cups and are placed onto the main chain.

The fully automatic servo system accepts random product and collates it into the required row and column number. The robot takes the pre-organised collation, separates it from the product flow and places it onto the pre-erected case blank. Depending on the required orientation within the case the robot will either just transfer the cartons or turn the collation by 90° during loading onto the carton blank. Consecutively the case will be hot-melt sealed.
