Infinitely controllable filling

Our FL-101 volumetric filling machine is widely used for food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics and many other industries. It is ideal for use with most low-to-medium viscosity liquid applications and features a range of filling options and speeds. The machine utilises our servo-driven volumetric system which offers precision, accuracy and infinitely controllable filling options.

It’s touchscreen operation and memory slots for individual filling parameters allow for easy use, including performing multiple filling actions on the same bottle. The filling nozzles can be set above the bottle mouth, within the neck of the bottle or fill from the bottom of the container and rise in sync with the liquid level to eliminate bubbling of foamy liquids.
