Hydro cooler

The Allround hydro cooler is designed to cool down the produce, especially carrots, before transportation. Hydro cooling dramatically increases the shelf-life of the vegetables. Allround is able to deliver hydro coolers that are capable of cooling vegetables and other produce from a very low volume, to very large quantities.

Installation parts

Intralox belt

The produce is transported by an Intralox® flush grid, which is a special open polyethylene belt for the food industry. This belt is included to all types of hydro cooling units for vegetables and other produce. The cooling unit is a ‘Bitzer’ air cooled condensing unit with semi hermetic reciprocating compressor, with an air cooled Helpman condensing unit. Furthermore, the liquid receiver is TÜV tested.

A variety of machines for your produce handling line

A hydro cooler for cooling vegetables and other produce is not the only solution we have on offer. You can also count on us for other produce handling machines. All of our equipment can be delivered in a standardized and custom made form and comes with an excellent price-quality ratio. Next to that, we employ short delivery times.
