AVE ULTRA
The packaging machine mod. AVE ULTRA uses an ultrasonic sealing system for the production of pillow bags (with or without gusseting) and fin-top square-bottom bags, which allows eliminating the fragments of product in the sealing. This model is extremely versatile and compact and can be combined with different feeding systems depending on the product: multi-head weigher; volumetric dosing system; auger type volumetric dosing unit, etc.
The machine can be provided with all the latest-generation devices, such as: hot air-blow or sealing-tape vertical sealing; rotating dandy roll for film tensioning; diaphragm shutter; easy-open application group, etc.
