TURTLEBOX®
The Turtlebox® has an optimized sealtray, combined with a carton tray. The two elements are mechanically coupled together, so there isn’t any other closing element involved.
The mechanical fitting is very straight forward. No special equipment is needed, standard packaging machines can be used.

OPTIMIZED SEALTRAY WITH A MINIMUM OF PLASTIC MATERIAL
The sealtray is optimized in such a way that it exists of a minimal in plastic material. Only the rim is sturdy, enabling a good seal, the rest of the tray is as thin as possible. This ensures a weight and material reduction. Saving material also results in reduction of packaging taxes as it becomes a more ecological packaging solution. The tray can be processed with existing techniques; automatic denesting, pasteurization etc.
It is the carton outer part that ensures the strength of the packaging. @ the shop the Turtlebox can be presented as any other pack, it is stackable and multiple units can be put on top of each other. The carton body part can be fully printed and is perfect for displaying all necessary information as well as the branding.
