BOX 1, a semi-automatic folding and gluing machine has been designed to fold and glue straight-line boxes in an automatic manner. It can be used for straight-line boxes containing manual feeder and a manual delivery. This manual folding and gluing machine is perfect for small and medium productions. A double-sided tape applicator can be accommodated using the machine. In addition, it has been designed and developed in such a way that it can be extended successively in a fully automatic machine at any moment. This can be done by simply adding the automatic feeder and the automatic delivery unit without the requirement of mechanical changes.
