Automatic Solid Packaging

The fully automatic solid vertical packaging machine is fully automatic with a touch screen panel. The control system for this packaging machine includes an electronic temperature control, automatic print mark control and a nitrogen filling control system. It is equipped with a servo motor, a PLC control unit an integrated counter for production and a photocell unit for print registration. The packer system installed ensures 10 sets of working and configuration can be stored. The fully automatic solid vertical packaging machine is a versatile automatic packaging machine which can pack virtually all solid materials and give the required packing weight accuracy when combined with High Precision Multihead Weigher, Auger Filling Systems and Linear Weigher. The packaging machine also boasts of a fault message display and a packaging speed of 25-70 bags/minute.
