Since 1978, at AFP, Inc. we have provided the highest quality protective packaging for retail, direct shipping, and a whole host of additional industries. No matter what product needs to be protected, our standard and custom inserts provide highly effective and aesthetically pleasing solutions. We are there for our clients at every step of the process, from design and manufacturing to, quality assurance, warehousing, on-time delivery, and various ancillary services.
We use the most advanced materials for all of our Cases & Case Inserts. Some of the cases we most frequently manufacture inserts for include molded plastic, aluminium, and all types of ATA-approved cases. We design and fabricate both standard and custom internal cushioning to accommodate all of our customers' products and specialty needs. Our products include ridged and soft cases, as well as fully customized ATA cases. We use linings that include stock or custom foam, cut to meet our customers' exact specifications and requirements. Customers from all different industries have relied on our custom cases and inserts. These have included firearms, biomedical, audio/visual, sports, trade shows, and many others.
Quality is of the utmost important to us at AFP. We base our quality off of the ISO 9001:2008 standards. We also provide all different levels of testing, regularly administering vibration, compression shock, atmospheric, and accelerated aging tests, among many others. Our capabilities stretch beyond just providing protective case inserts and include many different secondary services. Some of these include component sourcing, warehousing, and distribution, bar coding, drop shipping, laser etching, and custom graphics, making us a single source solution for many of our customers' complex projects.

We are proud to partner with Pelican Products, Inc. Based just south of Los Angeles in Torrance, California, Pelican has produced high-performance cases since 1976. These include watertight, crushproof, and dustproof options such as the 1040 Micro Case. Made from polycarbonate and TL-426 4 lb. Esther foam, these cases meet the most rigorous standards of quality. Each case is manufactured in accordance with IP67 and is able to withstand submersion less than one meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
