CLOSING MACHINE TYPE VTR

The linear capping machine type VTR is the highly flexible solution for screw and push-on caps as well as caps with a riser pipe.

All the main movements of the machine are driven by servomotors. This means that they can be quickly and easily adapted to different containers and closures.

The containers are transferred from the conveyor belt to a transport star, which fixes them precisely under the screw spindle. This transport is controlled by a servo motor and can therefore be flexibly adjusted.

The screw spindle is also equipped with a servo drive as standard: this also enables, for example, aligned closures to be processed and the closure process to be monitored.

Before screwing, plugs / drippers can be pressed in and after screwing, dust caps / measuring cups can be put on.
