PISTON FILLING MACHINE TYPE KDS

The piston filling machine type KDS is the ideal solution for filling highly viscous and chunky products such as jam, honey or creams. The intelligent control and regulation functions support clean and precise filling and increase the dosing range of the piston size, which is fixed due to the design.

The linear structure almost completely avoids format parts. This means that the machine can be quickly and easily converted to process different containers. Even small batches can be served with low set-up costs.
