Thiele's Model 3109 Vertical Auger Bottom Fill Bagging System is a well proven, completely automated packaging system that offers virtually dust free bagging for most fine and light fluid type powders, especially titanium dioxide, dry soy food products and pigments.

PRODUCT DETAILS

• Totally automatic - bag placing, feeding, bag top registration, bag opening, weighing, and bag closing, from start to finish, is as easy as pressing a button
• Servo controlled bag lift with bag settler for bottom up filling, eliminates free fall of the product
• Two stage feed - variable speed auger runs at high speed until the bag is filled to approximately 95% of the desired weight then shifts to a very slow speed to finish weight
• The gross weigh scale features an innovative design for precise scale sensitivity and reduced maintenance (all mechanical interference and wear parts have been eliminated including pivots, flexures, and mechanical beams)
• One piece unitized frame construction
• Programmable touch screen with easy to follow menu driven operation including diagnostic fault and maintenance messaging
