Bingo Vertical Cartoning System

BINGO is designed to meet your present and future cartoning demand. BINGO unloads the cartons from the magazine, opens the carton and closes the bottom by itself. BINGO allows your operators to load the items from top, and closes the top flap afterward. Standard U shape conveyor can accomodate two workers to work together. With extended U shape conveyor, you may also run the machine at higher speed with three to four workers to handle insertions. If you decide to fully automate the process, you may make use of robotic arm to take care of product inserting process. BINGO is flexible to meet most of the industrial cartoning requirements.
