A fitment fits the top and bottom of your product while the outer box wraps everything in place. During transportation, the fitment helps to absorb any impact the box takes and will shield your product from harm.

Cullen manufacture corner protectors for products that don’t fit inside a box. Corner protection using moulded pulp for frames, doors and windows are the most popular solutions.

As eco-friendly packaging, our industrial packaging solutions can be discarded in commercial or household recycling or for composting. This gives manufacturers, retailers and consumers an easy route of disposal and reassurance their packaging will not languish in landfill. 

With PROTECTIN, paint tins can be protected in transit by using moulded pulp fitments. Simply add your chosen PROTECTIN fitment to the top and bottom of your paint tin before inserting it into the shipping outer. Each PROTECTIN paint tin pack has been drop test approved to UN1263 to certified its reliability in transit.

Cullen are one of the few UK paper or moulded pulp manufacturers to hold compostable approval for our products to the International Standard EN 13432. Furthermore, the raw material used in our products is manufactured with Chain of Custody and certified by FSC.
