Cardboard Fitments and Pads

As well as regular boxes we also manufacture cardboard pads, fittings and dividers of all shapes and sizes.

Whether you are looking to strengthen your box or protect individual products, if it’s corrugated and goes in a box, we can make it!

We stock standard B flute layer pads, available for immediate dispatch.  These are ideal for adding stability to a pallet, particularly useful if your pallets are destined to move through a tough supply chain (e.g., for export).

If you require additional pads for insertion into your cardboard boxes to prevent knife damage upon opening, we are able to manufacture these without the need for a die cut tool.  This is particularly useful if the case size may change often (as seen for example in the fulfilment and contract packing sectors).

We are able to supply assembled and unassembled divider sets for use with corrugated boxes and cardboard trays.
