Palletizing conical cans and buckets in plastic or metal can be very difficult. Our pallet loaders gently push the conical buckets and cans out onto the pallet - without "pulling them by the hair". This does not risk the buckets becoming crooked or the lid coming off.

Conical buckets present challenges in terms of capacity, safety and manual handling when these have to be placed on pallets. Many of our customers have tried to solve the task with complicated and expensive gripping heads, which lift the buckets with vacuum, but this often causes problems with the buckets becoming crooked, tipping over or becoming unstable on the pallet. Therefore, we have developed a pallet loader that can lift this type of task without lifting the products "by the hair", and where the products are gently placed on the pallet in the desired pallet pattern.

Many of our customers get customized solutions and in 2016 we developed in collaboration with the Australian paint manufacturer, Dulux, an automatic format change for the machine. This means that instead of having to stop the entire production and manually switch to another product size, it can all be done at the touch of a button.
