 What is the function of slitters and rewinders?

First and foremost, the slitters are used to divide the "mother reel" into various bands. This means that from one printed and/or laminated reel, we obtain further smaller reels with a specific width and customer marking, ready for dispatch and insertion in the packaging machine.

          What other processes do we carry out at Envaflex?

At Envaflex, our rewinders incorporate micro-perforation systems. The use of micro-perforation allows us to vary the technical characteristics of the material so as to give certain products greater permeability.
