SHRINK WRAPPING

Shrink wrapping is a process whereby a flexible plastic film that, when exposed to a heating process, shrinks to the contours of the merchandise it surrounds.

Shrink wrap is more commonly used as a protective film for transit purposes or for collating products such as multi-pack drink cans. However, higher quality display films can enhance the look of a product, such as games boxes – and with the ability to use different thicknesses of film, Evolve Pack can provide a bespoke shrink-wrapping service.

HEAT AND L-SEALER FOR EFFECTIVE SHRINK WRAPPING

Our standard service utilises our up-to-the-minute heat tunnel shrink wrapper, which feeds, wraps, and heats. In addition, we also offer Heat Sealing and L-Sealing.

Heat Sealing enables us to seal along the top or bottom – or both – of a poly bag when bagging products in multiples. Our L-Sealer is ideal for shrink wrapping items with rigid, straight edges such as brochures, DVD boxes, and CDs. Together our L-Sealer, Heat Sealer and standard shrink wrapper enable us to offer a professional and comprehensive shrink wrapping service.
