XACT-FIL™ is a new multi-model line of next generation of weight fillers from Federal.
They have been designed for a wide range of food and non-food fluid products including edible oils, sauces, fluid dairy products, paint, agricultural chemicals, automotive lubricants, and personal care products.
XACT-FIL™ weight fillers represent a complete design update for Federal’s high-performance weight fillers. New design features include:
- Three-axis servo drive train
- Exclusive Accu-Cycloidal™ lubrication free and vibration free gearing system
- 100% off-the-shelf controls & load cell components - no costly, black box proprietary components
- Customizable user interface based on 100% open-source programming
- Machine footprint reduced 30%

- Easy to clean, highly hygienic design
Like all Federal net weight fillers, XACT-FIL™ models operate in net weight, gross weight, time, and parametric modes. They offer fill weight accuracy of ± 0.5%.
They also offer real-time monitoring, fill weight verification, and complete process data capture to support comprehensive statistical tracking and control. Extensive data is captured for every container filled during a production run.
XACT-FIL™ fillers are offered in filler only, monobloc filler-capper, and tri-bloc rinser-filler-capper configurations.
