FormTight specializes in producing custom clamshells spanning a wide variety of types, sizes, and purposes.  Clamshell packaging provides a durable shell to transport your product during shipping while also providing a quality presentation at its destination. 

Typically, clamshells will be produced using PET or PVC depending on your requirements.  Both materials offer clarity, which is a pivotal component for retail.  At FormTight, we specialize in custom form fitting clamshells that will be unique to your product and add a special level of detail to your packaging.

Clamshells can be closed by either utilizing snap features or sealing the sides together.  For snapping features, we can explore a perimeter snap, button snaps, or a custom idea you may have.  For sealing options, we may focus on using PVC for the clamshell as it will have better sealing results compared to PET.
